Jacky Sze joins Nor1 Singapore office as company enters the next phase of its expansion in Asia-Pacific (APAC)

Based in Singapore, he will be responsible for business development initiatives in the region, while increasing exposure to Nor1’s advanced technology for the hotel industry.
Leveraging over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Sze has served in sales leadership roles at DishDash, Far East Hospitality Management, Park Hotel Group and Millennium Hotels and Resorts. He is a graduate of La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Business in Tourism and Hotel Management.
“I have seen first-hand how AI technology can improve and even replace direct selling in the hotel space,” explains Sze. “While working as a hotelier, I saw a gap in the industry where it comes to implementing machine learning and automation to upsell and increase hotel revenue.
